We have succeeded in freeze-drying (powdering) milk, which was difficult to commercialize in the past, using a new type of freeze-drying machine (patented) that we developed independently. We have succeeded in retaining the richness and flavor of milk, which cannot be reproduced with whole milk powder, not to mention the ingredients.
The spectra of the two freeze-dried samples analyzed in this
chemical analysis, which takes advantage of the fact that
